Return Policy for Worldly Letters

At Worldly Letters, each order is uniquely curated and assembled just for you. Although our letters are printed, every piece is put together by hand and includes a distinctive souvenir related to the letter’s subject. This careful selection of elements creates a one-of-a-kind package that cannot be restocked or resold. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-Curated Letter Sets: Each letter set is individually tailored, printed, and assembled by hand, including a meaningful souvenir. Because these sets are made exclusively for your order, they are not returnable and no refunds can be offered.

Damaged or Lost Deliveries:

  • Damaged Deliveries: If your letter arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at worldlyletters@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Lost Deliveries: If your letter does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package or provide a replacement if necessary.

Order Accuracy and Approval:

  • Order Confirmation: Review all order details carefully before finalizing your purchase, including the address on the envelope and any special requests.
  • Modifications: If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be made.

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Service Errors: If we have made an error in your order (e.g., incorrect name on the envelope), please notify us within 7 days. We will correct the mistake and resend the letter at no extra charge.

This return policy is designed to be fair and transparent, adhering to all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have under such laws.
